Terms of Service

Remote Freedom aggregates remote and work-from-anywhere job listings from third-party sources and provides automated tools that score how well your resume matches a role and generate a tailored, ATS-formatted resume. The Service is provided for your personal job search.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share any resume or content you upload.

Some features require you to sign in with your email via a one-time magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

You retain all ownership of the resume and other content you provide. You grant Remote Freedom a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to parse it, score matches, and generate a tailored resume. When you use the match tool, your resume is parsed in memory and is not stored on our servers unless you save it to your account.

At upload, you may choose to opt in to have Remote Freedom (a) share your resume with recruiters on your behalf and (b) email you new roles you qualify for. This is optional, is off unless you check the box, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email. We describe exactly what this involves in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal information.

Free accounts include a limited number of tailored resumes; active Remote Freedom community members receive a higher daily allowance. We may change these limits over time. Community membership is provided through a third-party platform subject to its own terms.

Job listings are aggregated in good faith from third-party sources, and apply links send you to the original posting on the source site. We do not control these listings, cannot guarantee their accuracy, availability, or legitimacy, and are not responsible for third-party sites or employers. Always verify a role before applying or sharing personal information.

Match scores and tailored resumes are generated by automated systems, including AI models, and may contain errors or omissions. They are suggestions, not professional, legal, or career advice, and do not guarantee any interview, job, or outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any output before you use it.

You agree not to:

• upload content that is not yours or that you have no right to share;
• scrape, resell, or bulk-export listings or other users' data;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
• use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, belongs to Remote Freedom and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the Service normally.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Freedom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
