On-chain Quant Developer

Requirements

• Quantitative developer with experience in algorithmic trading or market microstructureMust
• Proficiency in Python for quantitative analysis and model developmentMust
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency marketsMust
• Experience with smart contract development or interaction (Solidity, Rust, or similar)Must
• Knowledge of DEX mechanics, AMM protocols, and on-chain trading strategiesMust
• Experience with financial data analysis tools (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)Must
• Web3 libraries and tools experience (web3.py, ethers.js, or equivalent)Must
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and software development best practices
• Experience with cloud infrastructure or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning for market prediction
• DeFi protocol expertise (Uniswap, Aave, Curve, or similar)

What you'll do

• Develop and implement quantitative trading models and algorithms
• Build on-chain data pipelines and real-time market monitoring systems
• Analyze market data and blockchain transactions to identify trading opportunities
• Optimize trading strategies through backtesting and performance analysis
• Collaborate with trading and engineering teams on strategy implementation
