What you'll do
Partner with regional and market leaders to set a Brazil growth plan and market-level roadmap priorities, with clear hypotheses, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
Use user research, funnel and cohort data, and competitive insight to find local friction and prioritize the opportunities that matter most to users.
Run performance marketing tests in collaboration with regional marketers across relevant channels, creators, and partners; use incrementally, CAC, payback, and LTV to decide what to scale.
Partner with regional Marketing and central media teams to brief and prioritize audience, positioning, creative, and channel tests based on the regional plan and market priorities.
Run the growth operating cadence with regional and market leaders, aligning central and local partners on results, trade-offs, dependencies, and next steps.
Build and operate segmentation, lifecycle journeys, growth tooling, performance marketing and product experimentation capabilities that can be scaled across markets.
