Auditing

The Assistant Safety Manager provides oversight, auditing, and leadership support to ensure consistent application of Mullins Mechanical safety standards and employee protection from known hazards.
Reports to the Corporate Safety Manager.
Conduct corporate-level safety audits on a thirty (30) day rotation
Review and approve project-specific safety plans such as Critical Lifts, LOTO, Confined Space, Excavations requiring pre-engineered systems, etc.
Identify and resolve systemic safety issues
Support project teams and field safety staff
