What you'll do

• Review incoming payments and accurately apply cash receipts to the appropriate claims, files, customer accounts, or open invoices.
• Process client invoices and record cash receipts within Katch’s proprietary claims and ERP systems.
• Download and review credit card payment reports and accurately post transactions to the appropriate accounts.
• Research unidentified payments using remittance information, system records, and supporting documentation to determine the appropriate application.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, posting errors, and other payment exceptions.
• Maintain accurate and complete supporting documentation for cash receipts and payment activity.
