Lead business process improvement initiatives from problem clarification and project definition through implementation, adoption, and validation of business outcomes
Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle – gathering requirements, reporting progress, presenting results, and managing expectations
Lead implementation planning, operational readiness, stakeholder communication, training, transition, and post-launch follow-up to ensure that delivered changes are successfully integrated into day-to-day operations
