We are developing the next-generation technology layer for credit unions. www.blossom.net We are looking for a Senior Performance & Security Engineer to help ensure our digital banking platform is secure, reliable, and ready to perform under demanding conditions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering , or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering , including 3+ years in Performance, Reliability, or Application Security Engineering. • Experience building performance or security testing practices from the ground up . • Hands-on experience with load testing tools such as k6, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust. • Experience with web and API penetration testing , using Burp Suite or similar tools. • Strong knowledge of SQL and database performance optimization , preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL. • Experience with observability tools , such as OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Grafana, or Datadog. • Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD integration, and performance monitoring . • Experience with multi-tenant systems or regulated financial environments is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • English level B2 or higher.
