What you'll do

• Own and grow a pipeline of prospects within our core ICP (plan designers / benefits decision-makers / TPA backroom / BPO opportunities)
• Execute full-cycle sales from outreach through close, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
• Develop deep expertise in our product to deliver compelling, tailored demos and proposals
• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to maximize inbound and outbound conversion
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasts to leadership
• Surface insights from the market to inform product and go-to-market strategy
