We are looking for a professional with strong ability to identify automation opportunities, assess their technical and business feasibility, and build a roadmap of initiatives that generate impact across the organization. 🎓 Academic Background • Engineering in Systems, Software, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields. • Certifications in BPM, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Automation or Process Management are desirable. 💼 Experience • Minimum 4 years of experience in process automation. • Experience evaluating automation opportunities using BPM/BPMS, RPA and Artificial Intelligence . • Experience analyzing business processes and defining prioritization criteria. • Ability to build an automation backlog and initiative roadmap. • Previous experience in multinational technology companies, consultancies or digital transformation companies is desirable. 🚀 Technical Skills • BPM / BPMS. • RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate o similares). • Artificial Intelligence applied to processes. • Data and API integration. • Process modeling (BPMN). • Technical and functional feasibility analysis. • Definition of automation indicators and benefits. 🎯 Responsabilidades • Identify automation opportunities within business processes. • Assess the technological eligibility of processes. • Define the automation backlog and roadmap. • Analyze business value, impact and feasibility of initiatives. • Work with functional and technical teams to implement solutions. • Document requirements and improvement opportunities. • Drive digital transformation initiatives through automation and AI.
