Lead Critical Client Implementations
Manage the end-to-end delivery of benefits administration platform migrations, including Selerix, Premier Enroll, and other client system transitions.
Drive projects from planning and discovery through implementation, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client enrollment schedules and effective dates.
Manage Multiple Strategic Projects
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
