Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright and/or Cypress, JUnit, and modern test automation practices.
Build and execute automated test suites at every level: unit (JUnit), component, integration, contract, API, end-to-end, and regression.
Own component and integration testing of microservices, validating service behavior, data flows, and API contracts both in isolation and across service boundaries (e.g., using Testcontainers, WireMock, or Pact).
Design and run performance and load tests to validate scalability, throughput, and response times under peak contact-center volumes.
Design and automate test scenarios for Workforce Management functionality, including forecasting, schedule generation, and scheduling rules and constraints.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
