Program Management of DoW and USG programs involving mesh networking solutions including Open RAN based 5G/6G solutions for federal and defense applications.
Accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program through all phases, from inception to completion.
Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to negotiate, finalize, and track Statements of Work, milestones, risk register, schedule, and cost variances.
Establish and execute program plans in a firm fixed or cost-plus program constructs.
Grow the program by proactively identifying and capturing additional and/or follow-on scope.
Work collaboratively with the functional organizations and empower teams to meet and/or exceed program contract goals.
