Lead and manage multiple concurrent telecommunications and managed services projects from initiation through successful completion and closeout.
Oversee complex infrastructure projects including Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, and firewall implementations across multiple customer sites.
Direct internal engineering, operations, and service delivery teams; assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability to project milestones and deliverables.
Manage strategic relationships with major telecom carriers (AT&T, Lumen/CenturyLink, Verizon) to negotiate terms, expedite circuit ordering, and resolve escalated issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), project metrics, and success criteria; report progress to executive leadership and customers.
