Job Descriptions: • Preparation of presentations about the products and value added services. • Responsible for pre-sales consultation of projects, including requirement analysis, technical communication and solution design. • Work with sales team to create & develop various solutions for clients. • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally. • Present product technical solution to customer for projects. • Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support. • Co-ordinate with sales team, onsite team and technical team offshore team for smooth delivery of the projects.
