Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively. Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial resources are utilized effectively. Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
