About the role

THE OPPORTUNITY - 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT Create engaging, polished digital learning experiences that help our clients bring learning to life. You'll transform content into interactive learning on the Sana Learn platform, ensuring every course is intuitive, technically robust and ready for client delivery. Your work sits at the intersection of learning, technology and quality, helping ensure every learner has a seamless experience. ## What This Role Is Really About - This role owns the build quality of our digital learning experiences. - You'll take agreed learning content and translate it into engaging, accessible e-learning modules using Sana Learn. You'll balance speed with quality, solve technical implementation challenges, and ensure every course is delivered to a consistently high standard. - You'll also embrace AI as part of your workflow, using it thoughtfully to accelerate production while maintaining quality and learner experience. ## What This Looks Like in Practice Deliver exceptional learning experiences - Build complete learning modules in Sana Learn from approved content. - Create engaging learner journeys using interactions, quizzes, branching and navigation. - Ensure every module feels intuitive, consistent and easy to complete. Deliver quality from the first build - Own technical QA before client review. - Test interactions, navigation, scoring and learner flows. - Identify risks early and resolve issues before they reach clients. Improve delivery - Use Sana AI to improve speed without compromising quality. - Share repeatable prompts and efficient ways of working. - Recommend practical improvements when platform limitations arise. Collaborate with the wider project team - Communicate progress and risks proactively. - Respond quickly to client feedback and amendments. - Work closely with designers and project leads to deliver exceptional learner experiences. ## You Will Know You Are Succeeding When What we measure What success looks like Build Quality Courses are technically robust, polished and client-ready on first review.
