We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and providing a positive client experience. As a Benefits Representative, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide information about available benefit options, answer coverage questions, and assist them throughout the process. This is a remote position with training and ongoing support provided. What You'll Be Doing • Connect with clients to discuss their needs and available options • Provide clear information about products, services, and coverage • Respond to client questions and provide ongoing assistance • Review existing benefit information with clients • Help identify solutions based on individual circumstances • Maintain strong and professional client relationships • Keep up to date with changes to products, programs, and services • Complete follow-ups and maintain organized client records • Work alongside team members and leadership to achieve individual and team goals Who We're Looking For We are interested in individuals who are motivated to learn and comfortable working in a client-focused environment. A strong candidate will be: • Professional and confident when communicating with others • Comfortable building relationships with new clients • Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Positive and dependable • Able to work independently in a remote environment • Receptive to coaching and ongoing development • Comfortable working toward individual and team objectives • Strong in both written and verbal communication Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or another client-facing position is an asset, but we also welcome individuals looking to develop their skills in a new industry.
