Environment Configuration & Maintenance: • Oversee and optimize development, testing, and production environments. • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Proactively identify and resolve environment-related challenges. 6. Documentation & Reporting: • Maintain high-quality technical documentation, including system architecture, design patterns, and best practices. • Provide clear, concise reports on project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Document and communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs effectively. 7. Mentorship & Team Leadership: • Mentor and coach junior and intermediate developers to enhance their technical skills. • Promote knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team. • Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture reviews. 8. Client Interaction & Stakeholder Engagement: • Act as a technical liaison between clients, business analysts, and development teams. • Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage expectations. • Provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment. 9. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: • Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance software development efficiency. • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve system performance and reliability. • Contribute to defining and refining agile development methodologies within the team. 10.
