POSITION SUMMARY: • Develop and implement communication strategies and plans that support organizational objectives, business priorities, and stakeholder engagement. • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop clear, timely, and audience-focused messaging across email, intranet, presentations, digital platforms, meetings, and other communication channels. • Create, edit, and distribute communication materials while maintaining consistent organizational voice, messaging, processes, templates, and best practices. • Translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences and provide communication coaching and guidance to stakeholders. • Coordinate communication initiatives, monitor effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, alignment, and overall communication effectiveness. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Three or more years of professional communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience developing and executing communication strategies and initiatives. • Excellent storytelling and content development capabilities with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting corporate or professional services communications, organizational change, employee communications, or marketing communications preferred with up to 10% travel as needed. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
