This is a hands-on software engineering role focused on: • Ruby on Rails development • Backend systems and REST APIs • PostgreSQL / MySQL • Background jobs with Sidekiq or Resque • Application performance and scalability • Testing and code quality • Third-party integrations • Production reliability You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to ship secure, scalable, and maintainable features.
