This is a full-time, remote position based out of our Dublin, Ireland office.
Professional fluency in both English and French is required, as this role will support customers and internal stakeholders across EMEA, including French-speaking markets.
Review, revise and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and prospects, including customer paper agreements, for the EMEA region
Serve as one of the designated legal contacts on the EMEA commercial legal team to Fivetran’s EMEA enterprise sales team, including sales team education, training and communications related to any changes to customer agreements
Serve as one of the primary legal contacts on the commercial legal team, providing strategic guidance and oversight on contracting, enablement, and process improvement initiatives
Help maintain and update commercial legal team playbooks to help drive alignment with internal stakeholders
