Your Role • Conduct end-end recruiting process (sourcing, selection, job offer and on-boarding) • Coordinate hiring activities, using sales and marketing techniques to find talent • Coordinates with the hiring manager to further calibrate and provide the right talent • Prepare and post job ads online • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens • Manage application in Applicant Tool System • Resolve issues as fast as possible • Deliver results prior deadline Qualifications • At least one year of experience in BPO volume recruitment • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Recruiting and interviewing skills • Phone and online meeting platform skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to give and take direction • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of MS Office systems • Knowledge of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets (optional) • Willing to work in a rotational shift environment At UNIFIN, we understand that our corporate success starts by attracting the right people, developing and mentoring those that show potential, and taking steps to retain and promote our top performers.
