Preferred Qualifications • 3–5+ years post-qualification experience in child safeguarding, adolescent-protection, or relevant clinical roles. • Specialty background in child protection, forensic child/adolescent psychiatry or psychology, or paediatric medicine with a safeguarding remit. • Active clinical license or registration in good standing. • Current or recent (within the last two years) adolescent caseload or safeguarding practice. • Demonstrated expertise in CSE/CSA risk assessment and mandatory-reporting requirements. • Strong skills in trauma-informed practice and documentation. • Exceptional written communication in research-grade English (native, or IELTS 7.5+/writing 7.0+, TOEFL 100+, Cambridge C1–C2, or equivalent). • Experience in a designated safeguarding or expert-witness capacity, and familiarity with ACEs and trauma frameworks, is a plus.
