What you'll do

  • Set strategic direction for Financial Operations department aligned with company goals
  • Provide executive-level guidance and oversight to Directors and Senior Directors
  • Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads on financial process alignment
  • Oversee global financial operations ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across regions
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls for regulatory compliance
  • Lead budgetary planning and resource allocation for financial sustainability
  • Foster and manage relationships with key global clients
  • Sponsor and oversee strategic cross-departmental projects
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Financial Operations leadership team

What You Will Do • Provide visionary leadership, setting the strategic direction for the Financial Operations department in alignment with overall company goals. • Oversee and provide executive-level guidance to Directors, Senior Directors, and other key leaders within the Financial Operations department. • Collaborate closely with C-level executives and department heads to align financial processes with broader business objectives. • Provide global oversight of financial operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across regions. • Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Foster strong relationships with key clients globally, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeding their expectations. • Sponsor and oversee strategic projects with cross-departmental outreach, contributing to the achievement of company-wide goals • Lead budgetary planning and optimization, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Financial Operations leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications • 15+ years of work experience in an accounting/financial services role, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership position. • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting or finance. • Demonstrated experience of utilizing artificial intelligence and automation technologies to transform business processes, improve operation scalability, strengthen governance controls and increase accuracy across operations. • CPA or MBA is a plus but not required • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills. • Proven ability to resolve complex issues and provide strategic solutions. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent attention to detail. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and web-based resources. • Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences. Compensation: $200,000 - $230,000 Final compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, education, location and internal equity.
