  • Own delivery, quality, and technical outcomes for teams

  • Drive and evolve engineering processes: planning, estimation, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, release management
  • Guide architectural decisions for hybrid infrastructure systems
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and observability of production systems
  • Identify and reduce technical debt while maintaining delivery velocity
  • Hire, onboard, mentor, and grow engineers; conduct 1:1s and performance reviews

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale our engineering teams building a high-performance trading platform. You will be responsible for people leadership, delivery excellence, and technical direction across a hybrid infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and business, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and scalability in a latency-sensitive environment.
