In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Provide expert analysis and annotation of complex M&A and corporate law scenarios for AI model training. • Conduct in-depth legal research on M&A, private equity transactions, and related litigation topics. • Review, comment on, and refine datasets to ensure legal accuracy and real-world relevancy. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contextualize materials and clarify legal nuances. • Offer written insights and feedback on legal reasoning, transaction structures, and deal documentation. • Engage in remote project discussions and contribute to iterative quality assurance processes. • Support the development of evaluation rubrics and best practices where requested by internal stakeholders.
