Requirements • Experience as an Accountant, Staff Accountant, Accounting Analyst, or a similar accounting role. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and financial reporting. • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting. • Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or similar. • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Experience supporting multi-entity or international accounting operations is a plus.
