In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals well-versed in high-stakes corporate matters and interested in contributing to the future of legal technology. Scope of Work • Review and analyze complex corporate documents, contracts, and deal structures relating to mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets. • Provide accurate, detailed input on nuanced legal scenario assessments to inform AI model training. • Evaluate commercial litigation materials, identifying critical legal principles and procedural details. • Deliver expert feedback on legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches as part of project deliverables. • Support the creation and refinement of legal data sets by annotating, categorizing, and explaining key issues in corporate law. • Ensure all work meets high standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practice. • Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and internal reviewers to align on rubrics and quality expectations. Preferred Qualifications • Active license to practice law in the United States. • Recent experience (current or within the last 3 years) at a top-tier BigLaw firm, focusing on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, or capital markets. • Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation and high-value transactional matters. • Exceptional attention to detail in the analysis and interpretation of legal documents. • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and legal instruments. • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain legal concepts for diverse audiences. • Prior experience with legal data annotation or rubric-based review is a plus, but not required.
