Qualifications Must-Have • Hold a role in your organisation's health insurance decision . • Current title such as Owner, CEO, or President, CFO, Controller, or Head of Finance, HR Director or HR Manager, Office Manager or Operations lead with benefits as part of the job, Benefits or Total Rewards specialist , or Executive Assistant or Administrator . • Work for a private sector business, a non-profit organisation, a public sector employer (local government, school district, or municipality) , or a provider, medical practice, or health system . • Your organisation has 200 or fewer employees in the United States . • Your organisation offers health insurance to employees . • Based in the United States . • Able to independently complete a ~25-minute online survey.
