What you'll do

• Process Accounts Receivable and apply customer payments in NetSuite
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts to reduce DSO
• Generate and review invoices for accuracy and contract compliance
• Support month-end close activities for AR and deferred revenue
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for AR, billing, and subscription metrics
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations for management to support strategic decisions
• Track subscription renewals, cancellations, and adjustments in NetSuite
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and support automation for subscription reporting
• Validate tax calculations and ensure jurisdictional SST compliance
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in AR and billing workflows
• Implement solutions to streamline processes using data-driven insights

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. • 2+ years of experience in AR, billing, or business analysis roles. • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred). • Strong understanding of subscription billing and revenue recognition principles. • Knowledge of SST compliance and tax reporting. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
