Job Title: Accountants and Auditors Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: • Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare and audit financial statements. • Provide expert advice on financial reporting, compliance, and best accounting practices. • Evaluate statements prepared by others for accuracy and regulatory compliance. • Install, review, or advise on systems for recording costs and budgetary data. • Apply knowledge of economics, accounting principles, and taxation to support high-quality AI model training datasets. • Contribute real-world insights to improve how AI systems understand financial documentation and processes. • Document findings clearly through effective written and verbal communication. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • In-depth expertise in economics, accounting, law, government regulations, and taxation. • Substantial experience preparing and auditing financial statements. • Strong understanding of cost accounting and budgetary controls. • Proficient in both written and verbal communication for technical subject matter. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and regulatory compliance. • Holding or having held one or more of the following job titles: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Cost Accountant, Financial Auditor, General Accountant, Internal Auditor, Revenue Tax Specialist. Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA) or equivalent practical experience. • Experience advising on or implementing financial systems and controls. • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex accounting concepts to diverse audiences.
