In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is tailored for legal professionals with mandatory experience working at one or more Vault Law 100 firms . We are seeking candidates with top-tier legal training and exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters who are interested in applying their expertise in a collaborative, technology-driven environment. Scope of Work • Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics, providing nuanced insights and guidance. • Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current, accurate information is utilized. • Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents. • Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices. • Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios. • Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials. • Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain exceptionally high standards in all submissions. Preferred Qualifications • Active license to practice law with strong academic credentials. • Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm, with exposure to varied practice areas. • Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of legal subjects. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in legal content review. • Track record of successful remote collaboration and participation in multidisciplinary projects. • Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus. • Demonstrated commitment to precision, accuracy, and upholding legal best practices in all work.
