About the role

Location: Remote Position Overview We are seeking a contract writer to develop and write a Christ-centered book for parents navigating the unique joys and daily complexities of raising neurodivergent children (including those with ADHD, Autism, sensory/auditory processing disorders, or motor and learning differences). In a world that often views neurodivergence solely through the lens of deficits or behavioral problems, the ultimate goal of this resource is to offer parents a deep, lasting refuge. The book should leave readers feeling deeply rooted in Scripture, comforted, and encouraged—reassuring them that they are not alone in their journey and serving as a trusted place they can repeatedly turn to for biblical wisdom, practical perspective, and unshakeable hope. Because neurodivergence spans a wide spectrum of diagnoses and needs, this resource must focus on unifying, foundational principles rather than specifics of a single diagnosis. Scope of Work • Research, outline, and write a full-length manuscript (approximately 45,000–75,000 words) • Collaborate closely with the editorial team through multiple rounds of revision • Ensure theological alignment with The Daily Grace Co. ’s doctrinal commitment Commitment Contract, per-project basis. Compensation Compensation is determined based on project scope and complexity. Additional Information Contractors are engaged based on the needs of specific projects and are not guaranteed ongoing or full-time work. Participation in meetings, workshops, or collaborative sessions may be requested depending on the project timeline. Why Publish with The Daily Grace Co. ? With over a decade of publishing experience, The Daily Grace Co. creates Christ-centered resources marked by theological depth, biblical faithfulness, and practical encouragement. We value thoughtful, faithful writers and partner closely from concept development through launch. Our goal is not simply to publish books—but to serve readers with resources that meet real needs and help them treasure Christ.
