About the role

Job Title: Director, Enterprise Program Success Department: Growth Strategy & Operations Level & Status P5, Exempt Position Description: As Director of Enterprise Program Success, you will lead the growth strategy for a defined portfolio of enterprise client accounts. You are not a relationship manager in the traditional sense. You are a growth partner: someone who builds trust with key stakeholders within a client organization, identifies where the next opportunity for partnership is achievable, and executes a structured plan to get there – driving growth in alignment with Ren ’s risk and compliance standards. This is the role for someone with meaningful experience at the intersection of strategy, client relationships, and execution. Duties & Responsibilities: Managing the Account Plan and Growth Outcomes You are accountable for the growth trajectory of a focused portfolio of 1–2 enterprise accounts. You own the plan and drive the results, in coordination with senior leadership on decisions with broader impact. • Define growth goals for each account: incremental philanthropic gift volume, product module adoption, financial advisor penetration, and more • Build account-specific growth plans that are active, living strategies – regularly tested, refined, and tied to measurable outcomes – and designed to maximize growth potential within responsible risk parameters • Apply a quantitative, firm-specific model of growth: understand which levers drive which outcomes, and validate through data and customer feedback loops (NPS, focus groups, experimentation) • Prioritize and sequence growth initiatives through evaluation of opportunity size, strategic fit, resource requirements, and risk/return trade-offs – escalating material risks to senior leadership as needed – then build alignment to execute, both on the client side and internally Building Relationships That Drive Impact You will build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders within each client organization — the influencers and operators who shape what's actually possible. • Cultivate relationships spanning business unit leads, regional leadership, operations, technology, and philanthropy teams • Maintain a system for tracking and managing key stakeholders; mapping influencers, champions, and decision-makers; understanding their priorities, and keeping Ren present and relevant at the working level • Act as a credible advisor to client stakeholders: understand their organizational goals and philanthropic strategy well enough to speak to their priorities, not just our own • Contribute to business cases alongside client stakeholders that justify incremental investment in giving-related integrations – helping them make the internal case as effectively as you make ours Turning Client Complexity Into Growth Infrastructure Enterprise clients are ecosystems with established workflows and interdependencies, layered technology, and multiple stakeholders who shape whether things run smoothly. Your job is to understand that ecosystem and use it as a foundation for growth. • Map core user journeys to identify opportunities for deeper integration into financial advisor workflows, making it easy for financial advisors to utilize Ren -supported offerings • Partner with Ren 's product and operations teams to develop workflow solutions shaped by client needs, helping ensure the client's voice informs what we build • Engage client-side ops and technology teams as partners in designing and implementing integrations • Translate client feedback into actionable input for the product roadmap Supporting the Internal Team Behind the Account Execution requires coordinating across contributors. You support alignment across functions to keep delivery structured and customer-centric, consistent with organizational priorities. • Coordinate with marketing, field/relationship teams, analytics, product, and operations on account initiatives • Build account-level reporting and dashboards, keeping your manager and senior leadership informed on account health, growth trajectory, and risks • Partner with product marketing, charitable strategists, and operations leads to support go-to-client readiness across the account ecosystem Education & Experience: • Bachelors degree in business management, sales, or other related field. • 5–8 years in enterprise growth, strategic account management, or management consulting, with exposure to financial institutions, fintech, or financial services preferred • Solid understanding of how operations and product capabilities translate into growth, and how to use that knowledge to identify opportunities and support adoption on the client side. • Demonstrated contribution to growth outcomes with a track record of supporting performance improvements in complex accounts • Working knowledge of the relationship between product, operations, and commercial outcomes; able to connect client needs to internal capabilities • Solid analytical mindset: able to support modeling of growth opportunities, assess resource trade-offs, and contribute to business cases • Strong presence with client and internal stakeholders; comfortable presenting to senior audiences • Ability to contribute effectively to cross-functional teams through influence, supporting coordinated execution across marketing, product, field organizations, and more • Self-directed contributor who can create structure in moderately ambiguous situations, move from strategy to execution, and navigate the compliance and operational constraints typical of fintech environments Ren is an equal employment opportunity employer.
