About the role

Role Title: Training & Development Specialist Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is selecting Training & Development Specialists to contribute to a customer's dynamic project focused on learning program design and delivery. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work • Define clear and measurable learning objectives tailored to specific program audiences. • Design structured learning programs, including the full pathway from objectives to modules, activities, and assessments. • Create engaging educational content, such as instructional materials, presentations, and resources suitable for digital delivery. • Develop basic assessment tools (quizzes, rubrics) to effectively measure learner progress and achievement. • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders in a remote environment, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Iterate on program design and materials based on feedback and evolving project requirements. • Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.
