Scope of Work • Define clear and measurable learning objectives tailored to specific program audiences. • Design structured learning programs, including the full pathway from objectives to modules, activities, and assessments. • Create engaging educational content, such as instructional materials, presentations, and resources suitable for digital delivery. • Develop basic assessment tools (quizzes, rubrics) to effectively measure learner progress and achievement. • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders in a remote environment, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Iterate on program design and materials based on feedback and evolving project requirements. • Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.
