No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement is well-suited for professionals from top-tier US law firms with a proven background in complex deal structuring, corporate law, and private equity transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as interactions, deliverables, and collaboration will occur in a fully remote setting. The project will benefit from your multidisciplinary insights, legal rigor, and commitment to quality. Scope of Work • Contribute subject-matter expertise to evaluate and generate high-quality M&A legal content for AI system training. • Review and analyze real-world M&A scenarios, contracts, and litigation cases to identify key legal principles and risk factors. • Conduct comprehensive legal research spanning corporate law, M&A, and private equity matters. • Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to provide nuanced legal perspectives and feedback. • Participate in quality assurance processes to help ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated outputs. • Draft, edit, and clarify complex legal concepts in accessible written and verbal formats. • Support the continuous improvement of project deliverables by applying industry best practices and innovative thinking. Preferred Qualifications • US-qualified attorney with recent experience at a top-tier law firm specializing in M&A and corporate transactions. • Demonstrated expertise in M&A deal structuring, due diligence, and risk assessment. • Strong foundation in corporate law, private equity, and related litigation matters. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail. • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary environment. • Experience with quality assurance, legal content review, or training rubrics (a plus, but not required). • Passion for leveraging legal expertise to influence emerging technology and innovation in AI.
