In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideally suited for professionals with a background at top-tier US law firms who are passionate about leveraging their litigation and transactional law expertise to impact the future of technology. Scope of Work • Research, analyze, and provide detailed insights on litigation matters involving M&A, private equity, and capital markets. • Draft, review, and assess a wide range of contracts and legal documents to identify key issues and ensure clarity and accuracy. • Contribute legal expertise to multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote environment, collaborating effectively with other legal and technical professionals. • Assess matters pertaining to data privacy and regulatory compliance, identifying potential risks and best practices for AI training scenarios. • Offer subject matter feedback on hypothetical and real-world legal scenarios to support the development of advanced AI models. • Participate in remote discussions and reviews, ensuring all input is clear, well-reasoned, and thoroughly documented. • Adapt to evolving project requirements and apply legal knowledge flexibly across various litigation and transactional contexts. Preferred Qualifications • JD or equivalent from a leading US law school and active bar membership in the United States. • Recent experience at a top-tier US law firm specializing in litigation, M&A, private equity, or capital markets. • Proven ability to draft, review, and interpret complex contracts and transactional documents. • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and their implications for technology and digital assets. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and precision. • Comfort with remote collaboration and experience working in multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams. • Experience providing rubric-based legal analysis or feedback is a plus.
