Key Responsibilities As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer ( React.js + Node.js ) , you'll build and scale technology that powers high-performing eCommerce experiences. You'll work at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Analytics, delivering solutions that directly impact customer acquisition, conversion, and business growth. You will: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js , Node.js , and TypeScript . • Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization. • Build innovative solutions while improving existing systems for scalability, maintainability, performance, and reliability. • Partner closely with Product, UX, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to develop features that improve the shopper journey and maximize conversion. • Implement and maintain tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager , Facebook Pixel , Segment.io , and other analytics platforms, ensuring accurate event tracking across the customer journey. • Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to support A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven product decisions. • Participate in architecture discussions and proactively propose technical solutions that improve product quality, engineering velocity, and business outcomes. • Produce clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines to facilitate collaboration across engineering teams. • Advocate for engineering excellence through code reviews, best practices, high-quality standards, security, and performance optimization. • Identify technical debt and continuously improve our platform through scalable, maintainable engineering solutions. • Contribute to Agile delivery processes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. • • 5+ years of professional experience developing modern web applications with React.js. • 5+ years of professional experience building backend services with Node.js . • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and advanced CSS selectors. • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (strongly preferred). • Experience implementing tracking technologies such as Facebook Pixel, Segment.io , Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms. • Solid understanding of event tracking, analytics implementation, and marketing technology integrations. • Experience working with Git , CI/CD pipelines , and modern software development workflows. • Practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) . • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments. • Proven experience building and scaling eCommerce platforms , with a solid understanding of the complete shopper journey, conversion optimization, and customer experience. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
