What you'll do

• Own the experience of our iOS and Android mobile apps, including guiding the adaptation of desktop features to mobile
• Pair closely with mobile engineers and product leads to initiate and complete mobile-specific projects, no hand-offs
• Take opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows, as well as smaller quality issues and “paper cuts” as you use Linear
• Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate ideas and describe their execution
• Guide and inspire fellow designers through collaborative critique of work-in-progress across both mobile and desktop platforms
• Use and improve our lightweight design system components
